Job Description

Our client is an American company that specializes in cleaning and hygiene products. It serves various markets including hospitality, healthcare, food and beverage, food service, retail, and facility management. The company is recognized as one of the largest manufacturers of industrial and institutional cleaning products, focusing on hygiene and infection prevention solutions, requires personnel as Customer Service Representative to be placed in Jakarta with the following responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Credit Control, WH, and Sales to process invoice adjustment and creating FOC & FEEDER in the SAP.
  • Execute Company’s customer service standards & support the implementation of SAP
  • To assist supervisor to evaluate the Invoice dispute

Education & Experience

– At least a Bachelor’s Degree
– Preferably Have an experience in Customer Service for Supply Chain division.
– Able to work with SAP and excellent in Ms. Excel.
– Good communication in English (Will be Priority)
– Strong interpersonal skill, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and leadership skills
