Job Description :

  • Verify service level agreement
  • Monitor circuit and application performance
  • Responsible for learning all of systems and application required to perform the job function adequately
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting Tier1/2 events in PC and Printers. Detect issues and coordinate remediation of any issues
  • Ability to generate trouble tickets and handle user interface and escalation paths with various telco or network vendor and company service desk
  • Stay abreast of PC, network and security concerns/issues and work with the team to collect and share thoughts of how improvement can be made

Education, Experience, Skills :

  • Good team work
  • Good listening skill
  • Knowledgeable in how operating system and software works
  • Having understanding with SharePoint site is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills
