 Job Description:

  • Set up, maintain and post all rebate programs
  • Prepare the rebate agreement with customer
  • Run access report to calculate customer rebate accruals
  • Reconcile GL to rebate tracking spreadsheet and maintain the balance
  • Process all deductions from customers for rebate programs (i.e. rebate calculations, sales approval) including following up with sales for approvals and/or follow up with customers for payback
  • Maintain vendor rebate master spreadsheet
  • Work with external customers and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes in a timely manner
  • Special rebate projects as required by sales and/or management including audit requests, year end reconciliations and reporting
  • Use statistical methods to gather and analyze data, create reports and recommend potential adjustments based on variance analysis
  • Review and validate customer submissions within an appropriate timeframe to ensure data is accurate to allow company to properly process and pay on time
  • Track all submissions and payments to proactively build in lead time to execute rebate payments
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance
  • Effectively interact with various key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and lead special projects as needed. Remain flexible and adaptive to changing business requirements and processes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to accomplish departmental goals
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Other Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP as well as advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Indonesian and English
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly motivated individuals
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and high demand environment
