Job Description:

  • Provide administration assistance to Supply Chain & Purchasing Department
  • Receive invoice from suppliers and submit to finance with complete supporting documents
  • Create PR in ARIBA system
  • Process receiving the order in ARIBA & SAP system
  • Daily coordination with 3rd party manufacturing & logistic for finish goods products arrangement
  • Closely monitor and follow up open PO to suppliers

Other Requirement:

  • High sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook
  • Self-starter and result oriented individual
  • Skills in operating IT system & excellent in Ms. Excel (SAP skills will be an advantage)
  • Ability to communicate in English will be preferred
  • Language English (oral & written)
